Fabulous Customer Service! We are a group of 4 friends who, a few years ago booked a special birthday cruise for this July. From the outset it was clear we had made the best choice. We had been to two other travel agents where our experience was very disheartening. We've had the pleasure of having Laura deal with our booking and she has been nothing short of excellent the whole way through. Two weeks ago I broke my ankle and this has resulted in me not being able to travel. Laura has taken care of the whole situation and has turned around what has been an extremely disappointing scenario into such a positive experience. She is indeed a credit to Thomas Cook. Our booking has been re-arranged for next year and has been totally "hassle-free" from a customer perspective. We are all so very grateful for the understanding and professionalism shown to us and so glad we booked with Thomas Cook Gordon Street Glasgow.

Amazing service, Would never book with any other Travel Agent. Have been in a few times now for different holidays, each one not knowing where I wanted to go, and they all recommended amazing places, giving their own personal experiences. My wife and I always book our holidays from this friendly helpful travel agency. We live in the Highlands but family are in Glasgow so we like to call in twice a year to arrange hols. Our last holiday in May was arranged over the phone, we phoned Angela to see what could be offered at a specific hotel and she phoned back with 3 different offers within half an hour. Holiday was arranged very quickly. As always ,great service. Over the years we have got to know a lot of the staff and are always welcomed into store. Great friendly and professional staff, would not go anywhere else.

I bought a football match ticket in Thomas Cook of China but isn't print out. I arrived the Glasgow Thomas cook shop and asked the staff help me print out tickets，they are very nice and help me solve the problem, thank you very much!
