The pool has a few extra strong jets and there are 6 heated stone beds, along with 2 saunas and steam room. There are only 4 shower cubicles- which are tiny- so after I had sat in sauna with hair mask on I used the open shower next to the pool rather than wait in queue for cubicle Staff lovely+ they have hair straighteners along with hairdryers to use.

Most Luxurious Hotel Spa in Glasgow, most definitely a top 5 star experience . The Spa is kept to the Highest of standard and Ran by the most professional team of people, from the front desk and treatments to the spa restaurant staff, everyone is an absolute delight, they bend over backwards to make it a 5 star experience. The whole place is Clean, tidy, well maintained, and an overall beautiful uplifting and relaxing experience, so much so I returned the following week to Join as a member. Happy returning customer.

The spa was the most relaxing experience I have had. It was difficult to get a booking even though we were hotel guests but it was worth the early morning wake up. We intend to go back to the spa for a day package and would recommend it to everyone. Best suited to couples.

Not a relaxing experience at all was very let down, we had a deal and not cheap for the thermal experience, when we where told because of covid our time in the thermal experience was cut to 90mns instead of 3 hrs.... By the time we went through our check lists and shown everything we had 40 mns as we had to be back upstairs at 4.30 for lunch, we never had time to relax and didn't use everything, once we went back upstairs for lunch wd where shown to our table in a dark room with no windows and after 40mns u had to approach a member of staff and ask if we could order a soft drink, we then had afternoon tea which was lovely however we didn't get offered tea or coffee until a member of staff came over and asked how it was, this was when we had finished our sandwiches, we had to also ask for our prosecco also and the tables weren't cleared bedside us when customers where finished, felt like a second class citizen, would never go back, I asked where the toilet was and there was one disabled toilet for everyone, our robes where hard and crumpled, was very disappointed.
