My experience with this accountant after 4 years using them it has been very disappointing. Not from their accountant work as I am not a professional in accountancy, but from the unfair treatment received and extra fees without consulting with me. Also when my new accountant tried to contact them( which my new accountant said it is a normal procedure) they did not reply his email.
