I am a returning customer of McMillan’s. As before the service was first class and professional. Carpets cleaned to a high standard. Technician had excellent customer care skills and he carried out the job quickly with no fuss and the carpets looked like new when he had finished. I would definitely use McMillan’s again and recommend to family and friends. Not only excellent service but also good value for money.

Really kind and understanding company. Engineer who came out to clean the carpets worked an actual miracle- I thought I would need to buy new carpets but he brought them up sparkling. So grateful!

Very convenient to schedule online, liked the online details on how the rugs was cleaned - much more thorough than just having it steamed and vacuumed at home. All servicemen came as planned. Rug looks great and feels much cleaner and newer!
