Just come back from Simply Lake Garda tour with GRJ. Wonderful trip, hotel excellent, lovely home made food. Just the right balance of free time and excursions, which were all wonderful, and included in the holiday price. Tour manager was excellent. Will definitely be booking again. For anyone who is afraid of flying, this is the way to see the world! I also used the 'Baggageman' service to take my main case to the main hotel which is a godsend for a lone female traveller with dodgy hands. I only had a handbag and a small overnight bag for the first night to carry.

Excellent service from the customer service team.. They sorted out all our excursion issues efficiently and with care. They even phoned us back in France to ensure everything was ok the following day. Thankyou...excellent...

Still not had my Holiday 2020 which was cancelled in June last year refunded, how can you trust a company that keeps your money for 10months after cancellation. No Happy
