Conveniently located, tidy area, very efficient, hot wash very quick in heating up, wide range of programs to suit all situations. I'd say it's the best in the area after having tried the others. The prices you pay are reasonable. I've never found it out of service which gives you the confidence that it's always the place you should go above anywhere else when you need to wash your vehicle.

Rude staff bad behaviour not recommend to other cheap people not cheap service

ABSOLUTE CON! FALSE ADVERTISING! RUDE STAFF! Its advertised in MASSIVE writing allover the signage as £3 wash and go for cars. Went through they quickly washed the body of the car... no attention was payed to the alloys whatsoever... but what you would expect for a £3 car wash.... THEN get to the end where the man who doesn't speak English gives me £5 change from £10. I politely asked for my change (I normally tip an extra £1 or so depending on how much effort was put in). He then gets his manager over who tells me a wash is £4.50 for cars , at which point I bring up all the adverts stating £3 he said "no thats just a special promotion you need to ask for that before they start" (the guy no point was I asked what services I would like). Already I annoyed I was like okay so where is my change the guy only gave £5. He then stormed off and gave me 50p in smash... won't be going back there! ALSO there its still dirty patches all over my car.

Tried to extort more money out of me because my car was dirty (fancy that). £25 for a mini valet... went to Dr Wash, £15.

Car was washed properly and at a reasonable price. I have been there many times and always found high standard of customer service. The staff are well trained to wash the vehicles and also for valeting different types of vehicles. I would definitely recommend Aquastar car wash for your next car wash.

Been going here for a few years. Unfortunately last two times I've shown up for a super vallet and the dude goes it will be £5 more cause it's 'dirty'. If my car was clean I wouldn't be there trying to use the service. And my car was too bad. I would do it myself if I had the time. Lost customer here
