Lorna at Head Office glasgow

Phoned late on Sunday to arrange an appointment for a perm. Was told to come in the following morning. This was my first visit to Head Office & I received a warm welcome from Robin & Lorna. I had taken my kindle to pass the time but it didn't make it out of my bag. Had a lovely chat & Lorna gave me a few tips for drying, maintaining & colouring my hair. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit & left feeling really good (which is unusual for me as i usually feel getting my hair done is like going to Tesco, mundane but necessary). If you want a good, experienced, friendly hairdresser, Lorna is your woman. I'll definitely be back. Oh, you get a great cup of coffee too!

I contacted the salon late on a sunday afternoon after absolutely ruining my hair bleaching it at home. Lorna told me to come in there and then and I'm so glad I did. She managed to turn my horrible white / brassy yellow hair into a lovely golden blonde shade and also left it feeling a lot smoother. I will be going back to get it cut and any further treatments needed. This was my first time at Head Office and i will only use this salon from now on. Lorna took the time and effort to fix my hair whilst reassuring me and staying late herself until my hair was sorted. I cannot thank her enough, lovely lady and amazing hairdresser.

Very accomodating and kind friendly people. No wheelchair access but not impossible to get in .Listened to what we wanted and got a great cut

Gotten my perm here 2 twice and loved it both times, Lorna is so nice felt very comfortable having her do my hair.
