hi there Warning: Do not go to Western commercial Goven brach. They are a rip-off. If you don't have a warranty, please don't go. I have Mercedez Vito registration: 2016 bought from Arnold Clark Hillingtond park, Glasgow, Scotland Uk in 2018. It was nice 9 seater van to drive. But the problem was started as soon as the warranty has finished after three years. First problem: Suddenly my display was disappeared and could not see any millage, clock or any other stuff. I thought it would be any light bulb need to be changed. But I was realised as soon I went to Wester commercial Govan, Glasgow branch. They keep my vehicles for two days charge me £100 for diagnostic and told me it would cost me £850 including Vat. I told them not to do anything and picked my van up. The problem had solved by our local garage who charge me £200 only. Second problem : After a few months, one error message came in my dashboard "AdBlue malfunctions and Em. Op . in 427 mi see Owners manual". I was told as soon 427-mile finish car would stop automatically. I took it to same Mercedez garage ( Western commercial Goven brunch ) same disappointments again. And this time even worse they charge me £100 for the first diagnostic and ask my permission for another through diagnostic what would cost me another £200 to find out the problem. If any problem had found it would cost me on top. I told them not to do any further checks and took the van to the same garage. You don't, believe me, it took 20 min to solve this problem by a local guy. MY QUESTION IS THAT HOW IT IS POSSIBLE FOR LOCAL GUYR SOLVE PROBLEM 20 MIN WHICH MERCEDEZ GARGE NOT EVEN FIND OUT WHAT IS PROBLEM IS ?? IT IS JUST MONEY MAKING SCHEME THAY ANY PERSON GO THERE CHARGE 100 FOR NOTHING AND ADD MORE MONEY IF THEY ARE NOT SURE WHAT IS PROBLEM IS ??? PLEASE DONT GO THERE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR NOTHING

Good bunch of staff there seats not very comfortable when your waiting. Lack of free drinks. But there not expensive. When your spending lots of money you should be getting free drinks at least.

Worst Mercedes Branch I have encountered. On a 3 month road trip in our Vario. We ordered a new wheel, new tyre and arranged to have it fitted. We were told the wheel was on order from Milton Keynes and would take a week. We delayed our trip for a week while we waited, then drove 2 hours to this dealership to have it fitted. When we arrived we were told the individual dealing with our order no longer worked there - the service booking was made, but no wheel or tyre was ordered. Wheels now only available from Germany and would take five days. No one made contact with us last week while we waited or we could have avoided delaying our trip and driving into Glasgow.... No offer was made to help fix the issue with our vehicle while we were on the forecourt, or even to take a look at it. Not the service you expect from a Mercedes dealership - or any decent garage really. Gutted.
