Mercedes-Benz of Giffnock glasgow

First time buying a Mercedes and it definitely won’t be my last. My salesmen Luke was very professional and knowledgable. My only complaint would be the lack of parking, however this didn’t detract from an excellent experience. Thank you Mercedes Giffnock.

Incredibly underwhelming experience. From entering the car park, which had no spaces because it was full of used Mercedes, to the uninterested sales person in a polo shirt and what looked like jogging bottoms, it was certainly not the experience we'd expected from a supposedly high-end car retailer. Mercedes' loss will quite possibly be BMW's gain. Did wonder if I would receive any response from Mercedes Giffnock regarding my comments, but a week down the line it seems that they only respond to good reviews. That should tell you all you need to know...

Dreadful experience. Greeted nicely so that. Was a plus. Went downhill from there. Salesperson was uninterested. Opening question was “How are you planning on financing the car?” Quite the opening pitch there young man! Had my sister hobbling around outside on crutches (through the service bay with a broken leg no less) trying to view the car we were enquiring about. We have yet to see it properly. Clearly had no interest in selling to us. The young girl tasked with showing us the car outside was lovely but struggled due to circumstances. Buying the car now from Hamilton who were in a different league. Mercedes still got the deal but only just and certainly no thanks to the Giffnock experience.

Decent place if you want something like a C220 but if you want to get info on AMG’s then go to Glasgow.

Excellent service from Bob and the sales manager. Bob explained every stage of the process to me and the communication was superb throughout. I collected my car yesterday which look amazing. I cannot thank Bob enough for the help and advice giving from start to finish to the handover of my new car. Many Thanks Derek

Im unhappy with the level of customer service being provided, booked an appointment for a car valuation and when I arrived they told me that they haven’t received an appointment due to technical issues and then i was told to wait one hour until they can get a valuation of the car and I’ve actually waited more than 2 hours as they were still trying to get a valuation. I don’t feel appreciated for my time here, not even a drink to offer whilst I wait. after waiting for over 2 hours, they’ve finally decided to send me away as they would need to properly check the car

Brought my car in to get it serviced, Miriam was fantastic!! I had a few questions I had to ask she was very friendly knew what she was talking about and gave me all the reassurance that I needed. Thank you Miriam I will definitely be back again.
