Yes. Excellent service and knowledge from young Brian. Went here to find the correct thumbturn cylinder lock. Brian had the patience and knowledge to explain the parameters needed to identify the correct product for which there and many permutations. Brian excelled where other locksmiths and hardware stores didn't have the knowledge to answer my questions. Many thanks for solving the problem. 100% recommend George Boyd.
