Best customer service ever! Really lovely staff who went out their way to help me after being let down by another tile company. Great products, and at a very reasonable price..

Looked at other tile shops in the area. Your shop was far better and your staff were very helpful. They found us the tile we were looking for and Ian was very helpful.

Visited last week and , having shopped in at other local stores, i found the staff here to be very helpful with their advice and knowledge without being too much "tradesmen chat ". The store was very well laid out and easy to find all that i needed, loved all the new colours and designs on the tiles that i had not seen elsewhere, well done Tile Giant , would not hesitate in coming back.

We were looking for splash back tiles for the kitchen and had a rough idea of what we wanted however David was really helpful in explaining how to treat the tiles, what products were best to use and maintenance. We were pleasantly surprised as the tiles were a great price and a style which we hadn’t come across in any other shop. Would definitely recommend a visit here!

Great service from Tile Giant online & Andy I. in Hillington today. I ordered a sample tile, it came very quickly & was exactly what I was looking for. Decided to go into the Hillington branch rather than order online, Andy was really helpful & efficient. Tiles are ordered, Andy was great regarding picking them up. Such a quick & easy trip thanks to Andy. Here’s hoping our new bathroom continues in the same vein.

Used this place for a long time now, it always surprises me how quick your order is dealt with. We were only in 20 mins in total between choosing tiles and ordering and paying for them. Coming from the main warehouse I'll get a text when they arrive in the shop. I'll ask the guy his name next time as he's always very helpful and attentive and very polite.
