I understand this branch is busy but I was told that my kitchen plans would be ready a week ago, I’ve tried to phone and email to speak to someone and get an updated timeframe but am just told that they are busy and I’ll get a phone back… which doesn’t happen. Really disappointed as they were my first choice for a kitchen but will be going elsewhere now as they are literally uncontactable.

4/ 5

I've been in most howdens in Glasgow and surrounding area and I have to say this is one of the best for customer service. The staff are very friendly and chatty so no awkwardness like it can be in some branches where your made to feel unwelcome. I woukd definitely recommend this branchðŸ‘
