Very helpful friendly and cheery service . Checked our unit with us to make sure we were getting the right size before we signed all the paperwork and sorted us out with last minute packing equipment :)

Nice friendly staff and good prices. The place is well kept and storage is clean. Just a couple of niggles, be aware that there is insurance to pay on top of the quoted price and it is not a 24hr access.

Safe and secure however passing on their bills to the price of the customer storage is not acceptable by any means, we look for affordable and secure storage, we don't don't look to pay for someone else's electric bill or to have their building repainted as I found out today. So for this I'm only giving 2 stars because the staff are mostly all friendly.

From the moment I contacted Len's self storage for a quote until I removed my personal effects which consisted of the contents of a 40 ft high cube shipping container which was unstuffed and stored at their premises it has been a pleasure to deal with this company. Nothing was a problem for the team of Shannen and Ricky with whom I dealt and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. As someone who has worked in Logistics and Freight Forwarding since 1974 I was impressed by their professionalism.
