Poorest Customer Service I have ever experienced. One of the brothers was angry due to some family circumstances and took it out on my dad. Eventually one of the other brothers apologised but I still felt my dad was shouted at and abused. Absolutely shocking. Please do not go here!

I used these guys for all internal doors in my property and the service from start to finish was second to none. The quality of the doors are of high standard and the speed in which they were fitted, with no mess being left behind, was exemplary. Glasgow Doors are a family run business and are a pleasure to speak with. I would definitely use them in the future and would highly recommend them to others considering using them.

Promised a call back 4 days ago which never happened. Called again advising details if what happened and what was needed! Clearly staff not passing on messages to management as thet ended up with text messaging conversations mixing everything up when someone was needed on site for a quote. 4 days wasted trying to get a quote. Poor customer service

Decided to change our front door,and found Glasgow doors on Google gave them a visit and we were very pleased with the service,Stuart came out to fix it ,very pleasant and did a fantastic job plus did clean up after himself,the door looks very nice and had a lot of compliments,would highly recommend this company,and would visit again when needed.
