Good for the ocasional bargain but concenr trates on the value end of jewelery

Hi folks, this jewelers is really good, I've been to and bought a few things from both the Glasgow and Paisley shops. The items are so nice, some cheap some expensive but trust me worth it. Even if you're looking for a wee minding or something more meaningful, go In even for a look. Both myself and my daughter love the jewellery I've bought. Happy shopping.

Went in looking for a girls conformation gift. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for but due to the advice of the staff and their local knowledge, I managed to pull together exactly what I needed by purchasing from them and another store. Excellent customer service got them a sale when otherwise they would've got none. Highly recommend a visit to the store if you are needing a jewellers.

Visited this Warren James store twice now. In comparison to other branches I haven't been impressed with their customer service. Last week with my husband the lady serving us seemed like she couldn't really be bothered. When I visited wjth my friend a couple months ago to look into a ring resizing for her - the staff were just plain rude, treated us as though we had made some ridiculous request and contradicted absolutely everything they had told her fiance regarding returns or resizing when he bought the ring.
