AVOID!!!!!!! Particularly when it’s extremely busy Today went in to purchase a watch for my boyfriends Christmas.. When I had picked the watch I wanted this woman came straight over wanting to see the watch and asked to hold it while am sitting with the sales assistant.Which i thought straight away was rude, Sale assistant let her feel the watch and little did I know she was listening to my conversation with the sales assistant and this woman followed us to checkout asking me how much am I paying for this watch? I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable I then turned round to see if this woman was still behind me turned round to my left side and there she was hovering and acting extremely suspicious and I sussed her out straight away she proceeded to listen into the conversation I was trying to have with the sales assistant as I wasn’t wanting a ex display I was wanting bran new especially for the price Of the watch as the sales assistant called different branches to see if they had in stock.. i thought the sales assistant would have picked up this odd behaviour from a member of the public but she didn’t and I eventually told her forget it and she lost my sale because I strongly believe there are being targeted !! Beware.. Went to goldsmith same watch bran new - next day delivery 5star experience from them.. shame you can’t train your staff to high standard..

The service in this store, Glasgow Breahead , I received from Karen who is the Ast Manger of store is first class . Extremely helpful and went out her way to help me . She was was joy to deal with and a absolute gem in that store !! Total asset to the company and I hope her managers read this and appreciate the kind lady she is , i couldn’t believe how helpful she was , no hard sell . Total pleasure to deal With her . I like the layout of the store. Every cabinet and all displays are very well lit. The staff are extremely attentive and knowledgeable with any questions you may have.

Lovely staff, very friendly, the shop is following the guidelines for Covid with masks needing to be worn, hand sanitizer and distancing. The staff are knowledgeable and take great care of their customers.
