Outstanding customer service. They are open when on Saturdays. I went there for a Fossil watch metal strap replacement and they offered reasonable pricing and alternatives. The proposed replacement did not fit exactly so we did not go ahead with the repair however I was not charged anything and again, excellent customer service! Very polite and professional. Definitely recommended!

Customer service, product knowledge and pricing second to none. Called in for estimate. Watch was fixed on the spot hundreds of pounds less than quote from watches of Switzerland. Outstanding service and very nice people.

Fantastic is all I can say, from taking my maurice lacroix in for a service to picking it up the service these guys provided was flawless from start to finish and the fact the price was much less than I'd been expecting to pay after pricing a service online from a few of the big chains of watch shops, just goes to show that going local to an independent family run business is the way forward. Required my wives Avia watch repaired at the handle, had it in other jewellery shops, who took money however repair was incomplete. Went into Martin's, and the repair was completed, was given information on what would happen, excellent service well recommended.

Was received in their shop with a very warm approach. Minor repair to my watch was undertaken there and then at a very reasonable and competitive price. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Martin's specialises in Quality watch maintenance, repair and second hand sales. I have been going there for 16 years. To my knowledge the best in Glasgow for independent watch care.

Martin & Gail have just completed renovation of my Granddaughter's vintage Rolex (1957) wrist watch so that it is now as new One company asked for £100 before they would even look at it Martins of Glasgow are the experts and I would highly recommend theirs services Ken Gilbert
