Saw some shoes in the window display that looked great. Attempted to visit the store at approx 1530 today (sign says shop closes at 1700). Door was locked. Man came and opened up aFter he could see we were trying to get it. It was odd because he blocked the entrance We asked if the store was closed and he brashly responded no it wasn’t. We commented on the door being locked and he says that’s because that they were only taking appointments. It was clear he wasn’t interested so we left. It was a dreadful lack of customer service and no wonder the last few reviews here are bad. My advice, don’t waste your time or money.

I visited this store with the intention of purchasing stretch walker shoes, . On the advice of the sales person ( also the owner) I was persuaded to purchase the size which was a half size bigger than I would usually require. I left the store and agreed I would walk around the house to see how I got on. It soon became evident that the shoes were slipping off my feet when I walked. I contacted the store to advise of the issue and was advised to make an appointment to have the situation reviewed. I work in a front line service and live 46 miles from the store, and made this appointment on my first available free day. According to the sales person the store has a 14 day money back guarantee, anything out with their time scale does not qualify for a refund or exchange. As 14 days had lapsed since the time of purchase, the sales person refused to accept a return, nor would they consider an exchange. I was left feeling very disappointed with the quality of service and moreover the attitude of the sales person, who was rude and mildly aggressive, saying I KNEW about their 14 day policy and there was nothing they could do. So please beware of this sales tactics of this store. In my experience, they are all over you until they get your hard earned money and once they have secured your sale, they are not remotely interested in an after sales service. I was poorly treated by this sales person/ owner and I am now left with a very expensive pair of shoes, ( £189.00) I cannot wear.

I have been a customer of Foot Solutions in Glasgow for a few years. They are very expensive and pushy but I stuck with them until my last visit. From the moment I entered into the shop the experience was awful. They were rude and made me feel uncomfortable, I asked some basic questions about the product that they were (as usual) pushing on me and was snapped at and lectured to about buying the same product online and how they would go out of business if I did that. I don't shop online but they are clearly worried about customers finding their products cheaper elsewhere. They were just awful and you get the impression that all they want to do is sell you something regardless of whether or not is right for you. As an Indian woman with a disability, I can tel you that they made me feel uncomfortable and it genuinely led me to question why they would treat me like they did. Stay away from this place.
