I was told that this shop has nice shoes with high quality but for me was really disappointed.

It has very bad quality, costomur service is poor .

Top shoe shop,two right shoes on shelf;in case of run-outs.Quality products,think made in Portugal,who have a tradition of shoemaking.Not a world of choice,to confuse you.Young attractive staff.Don't send back to manufacturer as Clark's used to.Well made with leather uppers,not cheapest shop."Pay cheap,Pay dear"Look inside tongue,some made in China.

Purchased pair of shoes for Christmas gift. Shop had no stock so they were ordered to be delivered to home. They were delivered damaged so were returned to shop. Still no stock so were ordered again for delivery to home but yet again the shoes were delivered damaged. Aware of closeness to Christmas I called to ask if they could order a further pair into the shop and I would swap the following day but was advised the shop could not accommodate. Result being there will be no Christmas present to open for my husband. Very poor customer service and intend to return shoes for full refund. Quite pathetic Dune. You really need to look at your quality control and internal procedures. From Mrs Roberts - a very dissatisfied customer.
