Whenever you ask for a product seen on their website they never have it.

They staff cannae be bothered

Staff are dead rude, no training at all. Do not know how to process a simple size exchange. Good wee store for Paisley. Staff just neeed trained.

If your a single guy in the store you maybe followed like you are a shoplifter (like I was) can be very uncomfortable. The shop is mess.

Excellent staffs. Variety of shoes, sports dresses, jackets, and other sports accessories like golf, tennis, badminton, balls, etc. The best thing is that they have cheap items as well branded items at a very good price. Good promotions and sales. I enjoy and use to buy regularly from there.

this is a shambles of a company i recently visited a store and walked about the place for 20mins i needed some help and i seen i member of staff dealing with a customer i noticed a security guard when i arrived but after approx 5mins later they were gone i couldnt go upstairs as im disabled and couldnt climb the stairs i waited around for another 15,ins or so and walked away..now i have tried sports direct helpline number to no avail ..facebook live chat still waiting for a reply ...online support live chat with a machine called suzi and again no agent to talk to ....disgusted by the way sports direct have conducted themselfs the should make it easier to contact the store or customer services

Tried on shoes to find the right size then bought online where the prices were all better (apart from Adidas things which were the same)
