Shocking customer experience. Went in to collect a parcel only for them to tell me they can't find it. Also when explaining to staff I couldn't wait any longer as I had to return to work, staff asked me to come back in 15 minutes. Avoid having your items delivered to store for collection it's a complete and utter waste of time. I'd give 0 stars if it would allow me.
