Helpful staff who couldn't do more to help, clean shop and changing rooms, great offers including reward points on app, just scan qr code before completing purchases.

Sometimes great clothes, sometimes a bit blah. Always smells great though, staff are always friendly and helpful.

Love their clothes, not too expensive, soft, durable material, amazing designs etc.

This is the only Hollister store in the city centre. If you are fan of this brand, the store best place to go. It has a cozy ambience and plenty of choices.

This store is fantastic, the support I was given by the staff whilst I was shopping for my grandson was great. Very trendy, they put me at ease as I wasn't too comfortable going in.

lovely shop, not so lovely staff. since i work in buchanan galleries, i browse in this shop quite a lot and there’s always - and i mean ALWAYS - a member of staff lurking nearby me and staring. can’t shake the feeling that i’m being followed as if i’m some sketchy thief, very off-putting and really not making me want to go back.

Spoken very rudley by jess also had a bad attitude to my partner, when asking for a manager she went and got someone called frazer who wasn't even the manager. After having a conversation was made to feel very awkward and they refused to move away, I did explain that they where causing me distress and not keeping there distance either.
