Had a brilliant shopping experience here yesterday courtesy to Carrie R who gave me a hand in the kids shoe section. She was super-helpful without trying to talk me into anything. In the end I didn't just have a really nice chat but also a pair of basketball trainers I know my daughter will love. The shop's really good too, nice layout, good selection. But in the end it's the staff that matter - so thanks, Carrie! x

Very disappointed with the Nike store in Glasgow, Buchanan Street. My 14 year old daughter has been searching high and low for a pair of Air Jordan 1 in a colour way which she liked which were in her size. She has been saving all her birthday, Christmas and holiday money for a pair of these trainers. We were greeted by a lovely chap who showed us some which were being released the following day so unfortunately we couldn’t buy them there and then. He said they had all sizes available and to come back in the morning. I checked on the website and there they were in all their glory as an up and coming release. Off we went on Monday morning. After being ignored by a staff member because he was more interested in his mates hat, my husband approached the desk and asked when the trainers would be released. He was told that he couldn’t tell us as there would be a huge queue outside the shop!!!!! We went back later in the day and they still weren’t on sale. We then asked another member of staff who told us there were no new releases and that we couldn’t have been shown any as they didn’t have any!!! After being told we were lying, i checked the website and they were no longer there…..1 very disappointed child, and 2 very angry parents

Today we had been to the Nike store and had experienced the worst customer service. When requested for other sizes available of the shoe he spoke very rudely with no interest at all about providing any service. He seemed not interested in providing us with any help. Also, later when my wife was trying to give the clothes she thought was nice was accused of handing over the clothes to me without the staff's permission. When she had quietly waited for me to come out of the changing room so, she could hand over the clothes. That lady very rudely said my wife had handed over two extra clothes and was not allowed to give more clothes to me. Seriously, all she ever did was stand there outside in the sitting area and wait until I came out so she could give me other clothes to try on. Also, both the staff's we're unfriendly and we're smirking at each other like making fun of her. Instead of helping out to put the clothes back he very rudely said to put the clothes back herself and later the guy came and said her to put it back in order and proper manner. Been here regularly but today's staff's particularly them two provided the worst customer service experience. Never going back there again. Seriously, both the staff were being racist and least interested in providing service. Very unfriendly staff with racist mentality and attitude.

I like this shop and I've gotten a few shoes from Nike and liked them. I think they layout is pretty unique and interested vs a standard sport/shop. My only complaints is how getting assistance is because of how staff having their own "till" and wonder around. It's great when you're being served but what ends up happening is you wait until they're done with 1 customer and then they jump to another even if they came in while you've been waiting 5 minutes.

The store is really nice and very well designed. However if you can't process an order after 6.50pm, then your store doesn't close at 7pm it closes at 6.50pm and you should tell customers that. Thought I had time to decide what to buy as the prices are understandably high but when I decided apparently it was too late to buy it as the store closes before 7.
