Sports Direct glasgow

I was in today to return gloves that are obviously out of shape the manager came down said they were fine had a totally bad attitude and i asked another customer for his opinion but the manager said dont do that its a free country and i can ask for opinion if and when i like! I walked out but now will be taking my complaint to trading standards!

I have yet to buy anything without a reduced ticket. Somehow I can't really believe the discounts are kosher.

Website says the shop opens at 9am. But if you get there early they will leave you waiting out in the cold till they are ready to open the doors at 9:30am

Some people like it some people hate it. Think thats due to politics of Glasgow. Put that aside this store does offer great range sportswear and fantastic prices. all major brands, from footwear, trainers, jogging suits, polo shirts, running gear SportsDirect has it for sale and at great discounted prices. Great bargains at times, good place if you are looking for sports apparel.

Prices on shelves can be lower than prices charged at the cash point. Cashier rude when I pointed this out and refused to lower price to shelf price. On reviewing other comments, I'd be inclined to avoid in future and use Amazon who are competitive and have a much better service ethic

Disgraceful! Paid £80 for running shoes and the base of them literally was worn down and was refused a refund, product was not fit for even walking to the shop! actual disgusting they won't even refund customers even though its a legal obligation Would never ever trust or recommend a sports direct product with that digusting customer services from selling UNFIT for purpose products its just a disgrace

Lovely clean store, great prices

The store is open now after the long lockdown. The first day was, of course, very busy. The assortment is plenty and we found the right sports shoes quick. The staff is friendly and very efficient.
