Pretty shocking customer service. Had bought a pair of jeans just before lockdown which now do not need as they were for starting a new job which didn't happen due to lockdown. Phoned in advance to discuss returning them as of course I am aware that they have been open for a couple months now but as I have been self isolating I could not get out to the shops. Girl on the phone said that it was no problem to exchange or refund no worries. Get to the shop to be told that they would not honour the refund after being told a completely different thing on the phone. As it was bought on a gift card they eventually refunded it on to the gift card. No apology for being told different information on the phone and basically being made out to be a liar as they kept saying that they don't know who would have said that when I phoned. No sensitivity towards vulnerable customers whatsoever.

They have good selection of Jean's £40 being the cheapest ,I found this shop is a bit expensive but nice stuff I suppose you get what you pay for ! .
