Great guitar shop. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that give you time of day. This week they were offering 1/2 hour tutorials on guitar maintenance. Happy to check both my 10 yo son's and my own guitar. Tutorial was excellent. Then 1/2 an hour checking out a couple of telecasters. Relaxed and kid friendly.

Very helpful. Happy to allow me as much time as needed and to go back and forwards between different instruments until I made my decision. One star off for a relatively limited range of classical guitars. i am sure they would have got more in but it's difficult to ask for that if you have no idea if you might buy one of them.

Quick and efficient service. I do prefer to go into the store but as the nearest one is in Newcastle I don't often get the chance. Every time I do get in though the service is top notch 👍.
