GAME Clydebank glasgow

Rip off if I have ever seen on. The reward card is garbage, trade-in prices are terrible, new game prices are terrible, pre-owned prices are terrible. Change your mind on a game you pre-orderd? Tough you can't get a refund even though you have not received any physical item yet. The only reason it never got one star is that you can find the odd game here and there that you can't find in other places.

I have never had any issues in this store. I find the staff are usually helpful and knowledgeable. I have bought plenty of pre-owned games over the years and I have only ever had an issue with one of them and they gave me a refund, no questions asked. I would advise to avoid on weekends if possible as it is usually really busy.

It's a GAME store it does what it's supposed to, you don't get alot when you trade in games these days, but that's the same everywhere. Good if they have some great deals on :)

Extremely slow service guy on the till was nice enough but thanks to the customer being a little awkward ahead of me in the queue, didn't bother to get the other assistant into the till? If my daughter wasn't desperate for the funkopop I would have just left!

Sadly service was so slow..there was 7 ahead in the queue and queued outside but waitied 15 min and had to leave as on lunch break...not slamming the guys who work there but shocking and poor management
