Creative Computing is an excellent shop, with staff who really know their stuff. I highly recommend them. I would also like to commend the really nice way they deal with customers, always respectful and understanding. Don't be worried about going in there if you know next to nothing about computers, they won't talk down to you and won't judge you if you are unfortunate enough to get caught by fraudsters and find your computer has been hacked. I witnessed the way they dealt with an elderly gentleman this had happened to and they were great with him.

1/ 5

My MacBook screen had smashed and I took it into creative computing. they were great to being and I got my laptop back 5 days later after a new screen had been fitted. I noticed after a few days that the back of my keyboard had been stretched as if it was pulled out and the 'brand new' outside cover of the new screen had scratches on it. I took it back today (just under two weeks later as I couldn't find the time to do so) and was told that due to the impact of the screen bending back in the incident that was the only plausible explanation for the back of the laptop being damaged. This did not make sense as my laptop was damaged inside the closed case so it could not have been bent backwards and I did explain this. The guy behind the desk then explained that 'screens get scratches' and that's why my brand new laptop screen had scratches?? really?? Very disappointed as this company was highly recommended.
