After living in a house for 6 years and causing no damage whatsoever I actually made improvements, they said I wasn't getting my deposit back, first reason was they used it for rent arrears I didn't have. Then said I didn't pay it so how can they use a deposit I didnt pay for rent arrears I didn't have with money I never paid this was in march 2013 and the woman I paid it to doesn't work there now so I have lost £500. Wouldn't recommend. To anyone.

I reserved a flat yesterday 5/12/18. Got phone call this morning at 8.40 am to inform me the flat had already been reserved. Very bad service from Brian who's error it was and Tommy the owner who couldn't care less and was more than rude when I called him. Do not use this unreliable company as they're a joke.

Moving into my first flat they gave me wrong information and the wrong address! Trying to sort anything with them was a nightmare. Completely unprofessional. Ended up bypassing them and dealing with landlord myself. Will always try to get money out of you. Avoid at all costs!!!

I'm just finishing my tenancy with Clydebank Estate Agents and couldn't fault them. I've dealt with Brian & Michelle throughout it and they have been brilliant from the initial process of viewing to moving in and moving out again.
