Normally use the Glasgow one but today decided to use silverburn. There was a wait to be seated which is stated on website because it's not necessary to book however wasn't overly busy or full. 2 staff working, 1 however just floating about. Once seated we waiting 15 minutes to be told someone will be with us to take our order. Further 10 minutes or more still nothing so decided to go elsewhere. Will just stick to our usual glasgow cafe

Cakes are really good but you're better off ordering online. Staff are incredibly slow, or otherwise poorly trained or managed - some more than others. One staff member looks absolutely distasteful, very off putting. Be prepared to wait over half an hour just to have someone come and take your order. I value my time far more they value their quality of service.

Completely ignored by the staff for 20mins. When I went to the counter to enquire the manager said he was too busy with a bigger order and sent a clueless girl over who didn’t even know what flavour milkshakes were available. She went to “ask” and came back to tell us the machines weren’t working. Deserve zero stars. Waste of time.

If I could give it no stars, I would. The food was terrible. My wife ordered Toasted BLT and fries. The bread was not even toasted. She said there was no taste to it. The fries that I also ordered were a combination of raw and well overcooked. The fries weren't eaten as was the BLT.. Very disappointed. For the price, it was ridiculous. We will not be back.

Tried their cakes for the first time. They look fresh but not worth the price tag. Cakes were hard and pastry base were soggy. Id rather support local patisseries next time and buy fresh. Don't waste your money.

Visited silver burn premises today for breakfast. Ordered at 10.20, breakfast and coffees. 10.50 still not arrived although people arriving later already had food and drinks. Upon asking a member of staff what the delay was we were told after another 5 minutes that our order had not been put through. She did apologise although no apology from original server. Very disappointing and therefore left. Will NOT be back. 😡😡
