We visited the store while we on the Powerboats tour. The store is the biggest Krispy Kreme's branch in the UK. Donuts were nicely served and still warm. A perfect combination with a hot drink!

Arrived last night and stood for around 20 mins while staff fooled around before serving us. The member of staff who then served us told me they had no classic donuts despite the fact there were 6 in the glass cabinet directly in front of us. After pointing this out he was rude and continued to mumble into his head set. Really disappointed with the service, unfriendly and made us feel uncomfortable. Donuts were great :p

Visited this afternoon, very friendly staff and a nice, clean and warm sitting area. Although there were a few more customers, everyone was spaced out and the table we were at had plastic screens on all sides but one so felt comfortable when sitting with my older relatives. Hot Chocolate and doughnuts were nice too so I have no complaints really. I don’t usually come here often but after this experience I will likely return more frequently.

Donuts are good but the coffee leaves a lot to be desired. Lad who made them seemed unsure of how make the iced coffee and missed the caramel. 🤔 Seems like an important ingredient in an iced caramel latte. ### UPDATE ### Took the kids in again. DOH!. Should've just went to Starbucks. 3 different shop made drinks, all pretty poor. Milkshakes were "rank" as one of my little darlings put it. The hot chocolate was "too chocolatey" and "chalky". Only drink that was any good was the bottled Fanta for my youngest. Told them to remind me next time my addled mind suggests going in, to give me a slap and tell me to go elsewhere.
