Creative Cakes glasgow

Great shop. I recently call on my way to their shop to ask if they could stay open an extra few minutes after they were due to close so I could get some much needed caked supplies. They very kindly did stay open and had my order ready to collect. 5 star service from a 5 start establishment!

The worse place I ever been, very unprofessional and poorly mannered, no keeping their words and lying. After paying for a wedding cake, unfortunately we had to cancel the wedding because of losing my dad one day before the wedding, they promised they will give us the money back, and after several phone calls and visits they end up asking us to pay extra if we wanted to have another cake for the postponed event. At the end they took our money and kept the cake as well!!! If you want to deal with them make sure you have an insurance for your event otherwise these “ladies” are big liers

Couldn't have been less friendly - made me feel like I was an inconvenience even though what I was asking for wasn't exactly difficult as other places seemed to think it was easy enough!
