5/ 5

When attending the bank yesterday to cash in a substantial amount of silver that we had in the house, Ruth was extremely helpful in getting everything organised. She helped count out the money and explained how to use the money bags to deposit correctly. She really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, even offering to perform a bank transfer of the funds from one account to the other. This really saved us time and was a great assistance. We left the bank feeling so grateful to Ruth for brightening up our day and giving us such a positive impression of TSB Bearsden. She is an absolute credit to your branch and has excellent customer service skills. I recently had a traumatic stab wound that resulted in a punctured lung, blood clots and severed artery. This meant that I was off work and on statutory sick pay. Luckily this pile of silver turned out to be close to £100 and this is a massive help to me right now... we were really touched by Ruth’s determination to help the customer and to doing her job with absolutely perfect attention to detail. Ruth really went the extra mile. Thank you so much Ruth.
