the staff and machines to deposit money into should have a maçhine outside to put money in to untill the bank opens during the gay thanks Mr smart

Dreadful, maybe it's Bank of Scotland in general or just particularly this branch. But I've been down to the branch 5 times about the same problem as well as calling at least 4 times on different occasions and being on hold for about an hour (or more) at any given time, and no one could sort the simple problem I had. No matter how many times they said it was 'fixed' or that they would call me back - it was difficult for me to not be rude to them as I was clearly at my wits end with this situation and just needed someone to sort it. But not one person could, how fitting. The problem is still not fixed.

Had excellent service yesterday. Teller was very friendly. As I was paying in cheque to my Brownie Pack's account, she showed a genuine interest in me and my work as a Brownie Guider. Left with a smile on my face!!
