Awful experience. Been there this morning and them refused an original digital Let agreement document signed and stored online by Docusign, 100% legal, claiming it is not valid?? What a bank in 2018 wouldn t not accept digital documentation? I have the answer :a bank that doesn't even deserve to be called bank. I opened an account in the same day in a real bank.

Really like this bank, I know only the Dumbarton branch but I always received a great service here!

No longer able to make deposits outside of banking hours using ATM. Phone very rarely gets answered.

When I popped into the branch to ask about the latest benefits for TSB plus account, the staff were not knowledgeable and the manager was not friendly and dealt with my inquiry poorly.

Without doubt the slowest service I have ever received. Awful.
