Two visits recently. Total nightmare! Doesn’t matter how trivial or simple your request or enquiry is...the branch will make things difficult! Most staff responses seem to be “you’ll need to make an appointment for that”. Be polite, stay calm but stand your ground....that’s the strategy I use with the staff at at this branch. Bloody terrible service!!

Have been using this branch for years and have always found the staff very friendly and helpful. It is a very busy branch and l can only imagine that this is the main reason for any negative comments.

Staff usually pleasant enough but repeatedly told by the majority of them that as a NatWest customer

Staff usually pleasant enough but repeatedly told by the majority of them that as a NatWest customer ( RBS & NatWest are part of the same banking group ) I couldn’t deposit cheques using the machine for doing so. A smaller number told me that it would accept cheques for NatWest. Eventually I tried it & it does accept them ! I could have saved myself a lot of time queuing for a cashier over the years if the staff were adequately trained.
