I had a voucher which I used for an eyebrow wax and gel manicure. The quality of the gel manicure was very poor and only lasted just over a week - very disappointing considering the price. I would go back here for a massage/facial but definitely not for nails.

Staff are good at their job. However I don't like that the company have removed the reception staff especially when your in a room at the back. I have used Pure for years but when my block bookings run out I don't I'll be back.
