Very high prices for what you are getting, no healthy options, extra point for providing emergency vegan options though, ok coffee. I lament every time I walk into sandwich place or bakery abroad (Germany, Italy, Poland) that they have amazing bread, lovely sandwiches, beautiful pastries and we're stuck with Gregg's - overpriced greasy s***.

Greasy. Steak bakes are all gristle and fat. Overpriced. They USED to be good.

Staff are superb I wouldn't embarass them by mentioning their names but they they are underapreciated they don't just smile and move to business they engage with every customer sure its a fast food outlet but you would be surprised how much it matters to people who don't get any smalltalk. When it comes to cake and coffee greggs out coffees Costa outshines Starbucks and if you just need a wee something to eat you should get yourself a wee bite from here if you visit Scotland this greggs is definitely the best. Happy to see it survived covid I know it's not over but it's nice to see things going back to normal this review was written as part of a topic my son chose greggs for his review he is 11 and has autism he did not write this review but he did say that he loves their sausage rolls it's a wee treat when we are out and about and the staff are always chatting to him which us nice.
