Wholesale Domestic Bathroom Superstore glasgow

Ordered bathroom suite, not phoned, drove and hour to pick it up, told one part of it wouldn't be in stock for over a month, acted like it was my fault. Refused to process refund had to fight and fight, took more than a week. This is on top of two other bad experiences. Thanks for absolutely nothing, never again.

Do not buy their Mirrors! Refurbished entire bathroom and spent thousands with WDB. Mirror when unpackaged was chipped in the corner, contacted WDB and as I had unpacked have refused to provide replacement. Now other electrical components of the mirror are failing and they still refuse to replace. Read other similar posts from customers on most of their glass products i.e mirrors, shower screens etc being broken or break easily or randomly explode, don't risk your or your families saftey with their products!

Ordered a bath panel it arrived 2 weeks later. No email to say it had been dispatched. Then left on front porch. On returning home no panel but a card saying where it had been left, obviously stolen. Contacted wholesale domestic they promised a refund. After 3 calls several emails still no refund. I have been promised return calls nothing at all. If you want bathroom fittings etc. Go to B&Q or some where local. Do not use these

Awful Awful Awful! Spent over £1000 in this shop. Waited 2 weeks for delivery. After being let down by a plumber I had to wait another week for someone to install the bathroom. It became clear that 2 of the items would not fit. I called and was told that as it had gone past 14 days I would not be entitled to a refund but if I took the items to thier shop they would give me a credit note. FALSE! After hurting my back taking them back I was met by a shrug of the shoulders (by the manager) and told they wouldn't touch them. They were both completely in their packaging hardly even been opened!! They are effectively middle men that take your money but take no responsibility for customer care or satisfaction! There is nowhere obvious on their website that says this. You have to really go looking for it and even then it's not clear about them being a middle man company. STAY WELL CLEAR!!!

Haven't been here in a while and I like what they've done with the place. Much nicer showroom than before. Open, bright, everything nicely set up, good range of products. Prices are OK in my opinion. Small que of people before me. My order was processed quickly. I had to wait around 20 min. for collection, but not a problem for me. One thing I didn't like was the customer toilets. Yes, they're clean, but the gloss tiles on the floor is not a good idea. Tiles were wet from people washing and drying their hands and it was an ice rink.

Good range, nice showroom with plenty of choice and layout, served be a helpful member of the team.

Very helpful staff, unfortunately what we were looking for is now discontinued.
