Please avoid. Their range of products are good but the service is shockingly poor. I bought brake pads from here and within a week of putting them on they cracked. took them back and the guy said he cant refund me because its been fitted. long story short, had to jump through hoops to get a refund. I misplaced my invoice but brung a copy of my bank statement to prove that I had bought them from euro car parts and the guy on the counter said my bank statement only proves I was in the store. that is a bunch of nonsense. What else would I have purchased for EXACTLY the same price (£44.99) as the brake pads on that same day??? Most other (normal) shops would accept a bank statement as a valid form of proof of purchase. The guy eventually and grudgingly gave me a replacement set but did not apologise for the faulty product or his poor service and also made us wait for a very long time to find our transaction and also put the blame on us even though THEIR product was faulty. Will not be going back again. Euro Car Parts need to reconsider their hiring process and also to retrain their current staff as customer service does not seem to be their priority at the moment.

Staff have no concept that people have more important things to do other than wait as they take your cash then get your receipt and then spend the next 10 mins trying to locate your part and the little girl on the front desk has no manners what so ever I stood waiting for 15 mins watching and listening and she never thanked one costomer for there business simply a disgrace and poor customer relations .
