The price on their web site seems attractive. Actually, they will charge you very high extra insurance at the counter. The total price will be double even triple than other company's. If you do not buy full coverage insurance and do not record the car conditions very very thoroughly while picking up your car. When you return your car, they will charge you hundreds of pounds for bolt missing, small dent or scratch. Even you know those 'damages' were there. Liar.

Please steer well clear unless you want to be totally ripped off. My friend and I had a terrible experience using this company; pushy sales technique to add on extra "insurance" cover not worth the paper it's written on and talked down to by the staff. We ended up walking out not taking the car hire and so lost our money, and had to get a taxi cab to our destination, but it was money well spent and judging by the rest of the 1 star reviews on here, we dodged a bullet for sure.

Easirent was the company we turned to when another company let us down and they were fantastic. I can not recommend this company highly enough. At the last minute they got me a lovely little car and didn’t take advantage on the price. The car was great the whole time we had it and we picked it up and returned it without a hint of a problem. Thank you Easirent - I will certainly be both using this service again and recommending it to everyone I know.

Avoid Easirent - go to Enterprise next door instead. Wouldn't accept a driving license from Northern Ireland and required the paper counterpart. Was told that this was standard policy for most car hire companies. Also wouldn't accept a council tax bill letter as proof of address, wanting an online bill from my gas company instead. The deposit for a £50+- rental was £1500 which, should you not have that amount of credit on your card, would instead be broken down into a smaller amount instead - at a cost, which no longer made it worth it. While we had a family member back home trying to search out my paper license counterpart to text to me, we literally went next door to Enterprise where we had a car in under 20 mins. Accepted my license, didn't need proof of address, took a £150 deposit for a more-than-decent car at the same price and took it on my debit card (purely for convenience.) Night and day difference. Even had cake on the table going in....

Picked up from airport within 10 minutes of call to depot. (Took them a while to answer but they were busy!) 5 minute car journey to depot and hassle free collection. Car was immaculate and nearly brand new. Hassle free drop off and lift back to airport within 10 minutes. Hidden charges? Absolutely none. Check online for the documents you need before travelling and read up on insurance excesses / cover before getting there. I will use again.

I can’t believe the cheek. Hidden charges when you arrive if you don’t pay by credit card. Paid £100 beforehand as advertised for 4 days. Charged another £140 on top on collection of the car. I’m shocked. This is disgusting. Don’t rent a car from here please.

Beware of companies who reply to reviews asking you to get in contact with customer support. I did so with Easirent and they have never replied to my complaint..... Just more public relations rather than putting any effort into improving their service. Also a large number of their 5 star reviews look VERY suspect. Seems that they are fraudster without any shame.
