The worst customer service I’ve experienced. Firstly the engineer did not show up on the date I had booked a gas fire service with no explanation. When I phoned to rearrange I was given no apology. Service was rescheduled and 2 engineers attended on the new date. I had my carpets shampooed the day before so told them they must protect the carpets when cleaning the coals. When the service was complete the engineers shouted through to say they were finished and proceeded to leave the house, when my partner noticed the damage to the carpet from the soot on the coals, which they had clearly tried to clean and made it worse so tried leave without informing us. There was no apology or remorse and they were in fact laughing between themselves about it. On complaining to the office, they agreed to have the carpet cleaned but not before I paid the £70 fee for the service, which I disputed as I felt following the damage this should have been free. I was also told by the office I shouldn’t have had my carpet shampooed before a fire service...in fact the shampoo was booked for the day after the initial service which no-one turned up for and is irrelevant as regardless of this there should not have been damage to the property!! However I paid it to put an end to the issue but I will not be using this company ever again and would urge others not to go near it either! My partner had to rearrange work on 3 different occasions for one simple gas fire service and they should also be held accountable for loss of earnings.
