We've very recently had our bathroom renovated into a shower room. Sarah helped us chose everything for this. We are absolutely delighted with it all and her help and expertise was just fantastic. Would highly recommend them.

The showroom at Monks Cross Tiles and Bathrooms is excellent and the service we received was very friendly and professional. They assisted us with our selection of fittings and gave sound advice without any pressure, which we appreciated. The range of fittings and styles is excellent and well displayed, giving a good choice. Their friendly assistance enabled us to make a better selection of fittings to achieve our aim, and we are very pleased with the quality of these fittings. Excellent experience buying from here, staff take their time to discuss in detail your requirements. All staff are very courteous and after sales service when I had an hiccup was sorted immediately and without a fuss. Definitely recommend a visit to see for yourself.

We recently chose Monks Cross T&B for our Shower Room and En-Suite refreshes having completed a similar project in our previous home as they offer an excellent balance of value and quality . Moreover, the personal service we received from the Team, specifically Jessica and Sarah was the stand-out part of our experience. Brilliant knowledge, attention to detail and care every step of the way with what was a quite complex project. Nothing was a problem and where something required attention it was managed with efficiency, without question or fuss and always with a smile. Highly recommended!!!

Their customer service was excellent. They offered great advice, and they have a great range of products.

Fabulous showroom with good selection of products and layouts to give you an idea of what you can achieve in your own bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. We purchased a unit which was despatched from France but due to Covid our project was delayed and the unit was not opened for six months. We discovered it had been insufficiently packaged and the unit was scratched internally. Sarah and her team fought hard with the supplier to get the unit replaced and did not give up until the manufacturer agreed.

We have been speaking to several bathroom places recently (as we unfortunately had a leak in our ensuite leading us to re do it sooner than we had planned) and due to us having a limited budget that we can justify spending on our ensuite we have been kind of dismissed by many places and certainly not been made to feel welcome, Simon has been the complete opposite of that. He has genuinely gone over and above to help us out and explain how things work and try to get us everything we wanted. He's guided us and talked us through everything and I wanted to pass on compliments because he is the first person who has actually talked any sense and not just assumed that we can find more money along the way and treated us like proper human beings when we are still fairly new at all this house stuff. He has genuinely been a really superb person and with his expertise in design too got exactly what we wanted. Plus great range of styles and designs too! Please pass on my thanks to him and really to the whole company for being brilliant. Thank you very much.
