For the west end you would expect A bit of class as for the shop to be Neat and tidy instead its the complete opposite stuff everywhere staff don’t care I always see the two managers with a coffee in there hands doing nothing especially the one that walk around all business which I felt quite intimidating As A customer check out staff on their phone all the time especially when there is a big line and the boy at the customer service box is on his phone doing nothing when there is customers to be served

Rude staff on the tills. I was waiting in line for the self service till when a manned one became available on the other side. Because I wanted to stay in the self service queue, the staff thought it was appropriate to make snide comments in front of me, making me feel uncomfortable. If I want to use the self service till then that is my choice as a paying customer, and there is nothing wrong with that!

Wouldn’t let my girlfriend in to buy tampons at 9:50pm when they shut at 10pm. DISGUSTING.

Lovely staff, lots of choice, dog friendly, staff always offer to watch people's dogs, helpful and friendly and great bargains too.

Awful customer service. They work with Hermes delivery drop off, but refused to take parcel and give no reasons. Rude staff

RIP OFF! Store has been rebranded and prices have shot up. You are now better off to shop in Waitrose or M&S which are within a 2 minute walk. They are cheaper, have a better range and are of much better quality.

Clean well laid out shop fair range of stock for a small shop - courteous knowledgeable staff - prices not as good as their larger stores

Great store. Staff members, particularly Mark & Daniel, were mega helpful with a gift card crisis which could have turned me into The Grinch. They saved the day for lots of excited weeyins this strange Christmas time. Thanks for bringing some cheer!
