There is a sign saying 70 pounds fine if you park on disabled or parking spot for parents and children but noone seems to care. People just park wherever is closest to the store. Bad management!

Terrible store, used to go here regularly but having been threatened by another customer (total stranger, and same customer on two occasions during my last visit) which were in front of staff, no staff bothered about this or Security Guard. What kind of a shop can’t ensure customer safety when customers are both physically and verbally threatened by another customer shouting at them in today’s society, especially a company as large as Asda. Contacted Asda Head Office and even requested CCTV of the incident, they stated they wouldn’t provide this (although from the reply it sounded as though they had seen the footage). Will NEVER shop here again or recommend.

I came here today to take back a pair of ladies pjs which were faulty. I'd went to the customer service desk and asked the member of staff on duty there, if there was an exchange for clothes upstairs or do I exchange here...she said no here... I said we'll I'd like to return these due to them being faulty.she had put them through and put them to the side without me finishing the conversation that I wanted it put on a gift card incase I'd never seen anything... she'd at this point already had put the refund through and asked for my card...I'd said oh I wanted gift card .. she never made one bit of contact with me. She already had the next customer behind me before I could move out the way. There was also no socail distance at this kiosk.
