Clean and a lovely location. Staff were warm and welcoming. Rooms were basic but a high level of cleanliness. Beds were comfortable. Amenities were good. Slept very well. Quiet despite large coach parties. Breakfast buffet was particularly impressive. Food of good quality and plenty of it. Enjoyed the stay.

Excellent rate for an overnight stay. Good and copious breakfast, buffet style with plenty of cooked items. Lovely view from the room of the Clyde and the Erskine Bridge (though the weather was a bit wet!). Own transport advisable, large free car park.

Great staff but hotel needs a lot of money spent on it. Bar is cold needs heating, food is OK, breakfast very good, leisure area needs new lockers as they don't work. When we exited lift on second floor terrible smell of weed. Rooms dated but warm, no pressure in shower. It is a disappointing standard if you are a visitor to Scotland

Hotel being refurbished but this did not effect my stay. My room was lovely and clean. Loved the complimentary toiletries. I wasn't keen on the stairs or the stairwell as quite isolated and creepy. Staff were all lovely and I would definitely return. Thanks for a great stay.

Sister booked a spa day for my birthday which we enjoyed thoroughly. Staff are so friendly and helpful, girl on desk of the spa facilities was so lovely. Caroline who did our massages and facial was incredibly profession and friendly, made us feel so relaxed and at ease. Massage was amazing and would 100% recommend to anyone. I have never felt so destressed and relaxed in my life. Food was fantastic and the service again was remarkable and friendly.

Nice clean room. Good price fire one night stay. Hotel needs renovation. Green colour on the walls at the corridors. Who chooses this kind of colour it should be light colour which looks fresh and clean. Swimming pool and facilities around showers cloak rooms corridors and doors need renovation. Breakfast selection was poor but we were not hungry. We have to wait quite long for refilling empty plates and jugs with coffee and juices. We have to wait for clean plates and glasses. Tall blond lady at the restaurant seemed to be a bit irritated when we politely asked for food drinks or glasses and plates. But I think it’s her job to serve guests isn’t it? She should learn from staff at reception and swimming pool even lovely polite cleaners ( greetings to nice Polish lady who was cleaning first floor). This hotel is not bad not bad at all. Price is adequate to the quality. We can recommend this hotel for one night stay. This hotel has got huge potential, good location ( actually I could not see any river from my room but it’s not a problem) nice building but it needs better management and a bit of money for renovation and fixing stuff around.
