Very easy to get to..parking is £5 a night. The rooms are in an extremely good order and spotless. Everywhere to be fair is spotless. The staff were brilliant and are a credit to premier inn. They deserve recognition, ive stayed in lots of premier inns up and down the country and this one is up there in the top 3. Well done, i hope Premier inn read this and reward you in some way.

We stayed there as we were going to the "02 Academy", (10 Minute walk), the front of house staff were great and helpful, the room was a good standard, at the bar, choice of drinks was just a wee bit limited but reasonable, breakfast was self service and unlimited, great!!.

Was booked 3 nights here due to my flat being deemed uninhabitable due to two water leaks. Was told everything was paid for prior by my letting agent. Arrived and they tried to charge me extra for parking, £5 per night . I told the receptionist I was told everything was paid for, the room, breakfast, parking. They said I had to pay for parking there. Checked with letting agent who again said parking was definitely paid for, but if there was any problems they could pay again over the phone. Receptionist then told me they couldn't pay over the phone, they either had to come in person and pay or some other form of paying by card that sounded a lot more awkward than it needed to be. Its 2020 who doesn't take payments over the phone? Ended up just paying for parking myself for 1 night. Room was nice and clean. Still not good for my situation as no cooking facilities, not really suitable when it's to replace my flat for the weekend. I was woken early by kids running down the hallways screaming. Then upon leaving the hotel thst day I noticed a sign saying to pay for parking, phone xxx number to pay??? So my letting agent couldnt pay over the phone for parking, yet they had to phone to pay for parking. Did not return to the hotel to stay the remainder 2 nights as I did not want woken early again and refuse to pay for parking when its already been paid for, what hotels even charge their guests for parking?

Lovely stay at a Premier Inn as always. Rooms just what you need; clean, very comfortable and basic.

Lovely stay at a Premier Inn as always. Rooms just what you need; clean, very comfortable and basic. The bed and pillows were amazing and the shower was really powerful too. Check in took a while however which was a bit inconvient after a long and late drive up. Restruant and bar not too bad and parking was reasonably priced. I would stay again.

Mixed emotions. Another Premier Inn in Glasgow I stayed in for 5 nights. The hotel's built probably 30-40 years ago. Therefore bigger rooms than normally. Wider hallways, bigger bathrooms too. But...the walls have gone thinner over time therefore poor sound insulation from the adjacent rooms and the corridors. Close (10 mins) walk to the city centre. Good location. Vast car park, ample of the parking bays, competitively priced at £6 per day. Friendly and welcoming stuff. The stuff shortages lead to the restricted cooking and bar openings hours. Judge for yourself

Never been to Glasgow before and enjoyed walking round. Hotel was very good. Only had a shower which I prefer. All very nice staff helpful. Nice food would go again if I was in the area.

The receptionist here was phenomenal today (7th August 2021 about 2pm). A credit to the company and exactly why we often stay in this chain. Polite and attentive. He also dealt extremely professionally with a very rude and impatient woman when dealing with two jobs at once. An outstanding employee who deserves recognition for excellent service and also dealing with some of the more unsavory members of the public with politeness and decorum. Outstanding.

Lovely staff, very close to Trongate and Gallowgate. My only issue is that Blue Badge Holders must pay for parking at the same rate as everyone else. I am happy to pay but feel that we should have a concessional rate. This however, lies with the security company and not specifically Premier Inn.

Been staying here on business and the accomodation is up to the same standard as any other premier Inn that you'd stay in across the UK and the staff have been very welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
