Very friendly and helpful staff, cooked breakfast lovely and made to order if requested eg scrambled eggs or boiled egg. Not much choice if you didn't want a cooked breakfast. I think the hotel needs a little TLC and refurbishment. Rooms very cold as heating was not working. We were given a little oil heater which took the chill off the room only when it had been on for several hours. When talking to other guests it appeared that no one had heated rooms. Location and parking was excellent. An easy 20 minutes walk into city centre but around the corner from the hotel there were lots of good restaurants and bars.

Easy to find, parking was a wee bit tricky but only really due to unfamiliarity on our part, staff were helpful getting us settled in. £8 for 24 hours parking which is awesome for any city center never mind Glasgow. Room was very basic but the bed was super comfortable and that's all your really after for a one night stay. Shower was pretty powerful which was a welcome suprise. Amenities could have been better but your not expecting much for a Premier Inn really I suppose. Great location for a day in the city, lots of shops close by, Tesco Express right across the road and within 5 minutes of busy restaurants and pubs. Took 10-15 to get to Buchanan, plenty places to stop by on the way there.

No heating in the place only a small oil filled radiator to heat the room, had to ask for another one it was so cold, the heating had been broken for months according to the hotel staff. Paid for the meal deal for two and only got some motzzarella pieces and a pizza between two of us for dinner due to there being no chef. Worse place I've ever stayed in, never be back there, hope I get a full refund.

Room was damaged and needed attention. The food was very expensive for what the quality of the food actually was. There was no heating and only had little oil heaters. A lot of noise from outside. The staff were amazing and very helpful
