Got married there recently in the Satinwood Suite and it was definitely right choice of venue for our civil ceremony. All our guests were in awe with the beauty of the building and our pictures are just amazing. The staff were really nice and courteous. Very, very pleased.

I have a bill I urgently needed to sort as it took a week for the mail to get to me in the first place and only 7 days of the date of issue to pay. The offices are only open during 9-5 weekday, very convenient for those who work a 9-5 job. When I try to throw money at them online, as it is the only way I could presently pay, it says it can take up to 28 days to get processed!

Loved the tour from Donna! You could tell she has given it quite a couple of times, but ever so in a good way. She has anecdotes, quirky facts and points out things you don't see at first glance. Blow away by the beauty hidden behind the doors. ps: the tour is free, so + for every budget traveler. THANKS FOR HAVING US!

The office is CLOSED but they appear to be incapable of updating Google because it says that they're open from 9 to 5. Do not waste your time and money visiting the office as you will be told to go online.

Very charming place especially during Christmas

Large green bin was stolen put in for replacement still waiting from end of January. Bulk lift was to be up lifted on Friday got email saying it was but still sitting outside the front of house. I wonder if I will receive a new large green bin and my bulk lift lifted.
