Exceptionally helpful and sympathetic staff. A bit fazed by the security on entry, but thereafter very efficient and even pleasant process. Hoping the new passport arrives with the same efficiency!

It's not my own experience but I was there with my partner on Saturday and the staff were just so nice to him. There was one lady in particular who was a massive help to him, she was excellent! Was an all round lovely atmosphere!

All were fantastic, and that includes security. Had a problem with my passport meaning that I needed a replacement asap, the staff were great and managed to get me sorted the same day. Couldn't ask for more, great service.

Went in today to get a 1-week Fast Track on my passport renewal - with fear in my heart of a potential 'Computer Says No' situation. Couldn't have been further from the truth. Checked in my name with the friendly reception team, got a ticket, waited 15 minutes, ticket was called. Lovely guy checked my paperwork, shared a chuckle at my mugshot and I was on my way. 40 minutes in-to-out and passport arrives next week in time for my hols. You know, I've worked a few repetitive customer service jobs in my time and it's so easy to have it fall to pieces. These guys have got a vibe going and it works. Respect.

I took my sister in law to the office in Milton street today 2nd August 2021. Her appointment was early afternoon. I would like to praise the G4s security man on the door at about 13:15hrs. What a pleasant, friendly and professional individual. It makes a very pleasant change nowadays to be greeted by someone who obviously has a personal and professional outlook to his job. Well done Sir, you are a gent. If it is possible for those who read this to identify you through your roster, I hope they give you a pat on the back from me. Well done.

My partner and I visited there yesterday. We found this office to be very well run and organised, social distancing adhered to at every turn. Very pleasant helpful staff including the security staff. We were very impressed at how the chairs, and counter tops were sanitised after every person.
